On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, voters in Corsicana ISD will vote on the district’s $205,000,000 bond election.
Working with the Board of Trustees, teachers, and administrators from across the district, the Facility Planning Committee developed a list of items to consider for inclusion in a bond package. The District evaluated current facilities, equipment, and ongoing enrollment to determine the final bond recommendation.

Why is corsicana ISD having a bond election?

District-wide projects in the bond package include various security upgrades, roof replacements, new buses, and HVAC replacements.

Corsicana ISD is dedicated to offering students diverse learning opportunities. The bond includes improvements such as a new agricultural facility and an addition to the high school’s CTE program.

Carroll Elementary, Sam Houston Elementary, Collins Intermediate School, and Corsicana High School are all currently over capacity.
Corsicana ISD hired demographers to conduct a comprehensive demographic study and student enrollment projections for the next 10 years. Based on the data and information gathered through the Facility Planning Committee, a bond recommendation was made to the Board of Trustees.
